Louis-Ferdinand Céline

1948. Accused by the French judiciary system to have collaborated with the Nazis, Louis-Ferdinand Céline has gone into exile to Denmark with his wife Lucette. Milton Hindus, a young Jewish-American writer who admires and endorses him fervently, joins him in the hinterlands of the Danish countryside, with the intention of writing about the encounter.
